In an interview with Forbes, Leslie Ferraro once said, “Throughout the history of Disney Parks, we have considered every element of a guest’s visit to be part of an unforgettable show – with our guests as the stars.” Ferraro has kept this mentality throughout her 14+ year tenure with the Walt Disney Company, applying it to projects like the park’s 2013 campaign, where Disney invited select Internet superstars – including Grumpy Cat – to the park to show their “Disney Side” on social media.
Previously, Ferraro was instrumental in growing Adventures by Disney, which provides guided domestic and international trips for families, and she also served as Vice President of Global Marketing for Disney Regional Entertainment. Before joining the Walt Disney Company, Ferraro worked in marketing at companies including Johnson & Johnson and McCann-Erickson.
