Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Head of Worldwide Strategy and Planning
With a background in asset management and investment banking, EVP Glenn Fogel heads up the Priceline Group’s mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. He joined the company in 2000. In 2014, he’s looking for companies that will expand the Priceline portfolio’s breadth. “Some of the areas we are currently interested in are companies in the mobile, social and analytics areas, along with travel companies that are complementary, not competitive to us,” Fogel explains to The Deal in an interview in 2013.
Fogel serves on the boards of Priceline subsidiaries Booking.com, Agoda, and rentalcars.com. Before joining the company in 2000, he worked as a trader at a global asset management firm, and as an investment banker specializing in the air transportation industry.
